1. Purpose and scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Télé Leysin Col des Mosses La Lécherette SA (hereinafter “the Company”) and its customers, whether individuals or companies, for the purchase of ski passes, ski lift tickets, catering, tickets for the tobogganing park, as well as for the organization of seminars and company outings. The GTC apply without geographical restriction.

2. Products and services offered

The Company offers online or at the ticket office the sale of ski passes, lift tickets, tickets for the tobogganing park, as well as reservations for catering and the organization of corporate events.

3. Orders, reservations, and confirmation

Orders placed online or by email are considered final upon receipt of written or electronic confirmation. For orders placed by telephone, verbal confirmation constitutes acceptance.

4. Prices and payment terms

The prices displayed include VAT at a rate of 8.1%. Payment is required at the time of ordering and can be made by credit card, Twint, or cash.

5. Delivery and collection

No delivery service is offered. Products purchased online or at the checkout are handed over directly to the customer.

6. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Purchases are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances (e.g. bad weather). In the event of a refund, the costs shall be borne by the Company.

7. Cancellations and changes

The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel an order, service, or event for legitimate reasons. Any changes will be communicated to the customer as soon as possible.

8. Liability

The Company cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage related to the use of products or services, nor for any interruption of service.
