Terms and Conditions of Sale – Bern Campaign

This offer is reserved exclusively for residents of the canton of Bern. It is valid for all services and food & beverage consumption at the panoramic restaurant Le Kuklos in Leysin.
⚠️ Not valid for cable car transportation. TLML SA is a member of the Magic Pass network.

 
Terms of Use
Reservation required for both the purchase and use of the voucher (maximum 12 people per reservation).
Maximum 1 voucher per person at the table. However, one voucher can be applied to the total bill for the entire table.
Validity: until March 31, 2026.
The voucher value will be deducted from the final bill upon your visit.
If the full voucher amount is not used, no balance or credit will be carried forward.
When booking, you must select the number of vouchers to prepay, and if needed, complete with:

The “À la Carte” service experience, or
Gift vouchers purchased via our partners (cadeaux24.ch, ideecadeaux.ch, QoQa).
⚠️ The “Special Bern Residents” voucher cannot be combined with partner vouchers (cadeaux24.ch, ideecadeaux.ch, QoQa, etc.) for the same bill.

 
Restrictions and Details
Vouchers are neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash.
Offer is strictly personal and reserved for residents of the canton of Bern (proof of residence or ID may be requested on site).
Proof of purchase and the activation code received in your confirmation email must be presented when using the voucher.
Resale of vouchers is prohibited.
In case of exceptional closure of the restaurant or cable cars (severe weather, force majeure, health measures), a new reservation may be made. No refunds will be granted.
If the gondola is closed, an alternative for skiers will be provided via the chairlifts (LTA and Aï-Berneuse).
Access to the restaurant depends on the operating schedule and conditions of the cable cars.
Reservation times must be respected. In case of a delay of more than 30 minutes, and depending on availability, the table may be reassigned and the voucher value forfeited. In all cases, please call the restaurant to inform them of your delay (+41 24 494 31 41).
No TLML SA discounts or commercial benefits may be combined with this offer.
